REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of/and compliance with Safety Regulations.
- Be dependable and have a good attendance record.
- Be available to work overtime.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Be able to communicate in a professional manner with team members.
- Self Starter, with demonstrated continuous improvement traits; effective at working independently.
- Perform tasks through to completion.
DUTIES:
- Responsible for inserting appropriate frames, wires, Velcro, typar, foam blocks, etc. into molds just prior to pouring foam.
- May perform other jobs as required.
- Responsible for production department housekeeping and to cover for absenteeism.
