Windmill Storage LLC and Windmill Storage North LLC are newer, family-owned storage facilities in the Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls and Hayden area that provide a variety of storage unit sizes ranging from 10x10 to 20x48. We offer sought after amenities which attract great clientele.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly ambitious, career oriented professional to serve as our Office Manager in Post Falls, Idaho. This person will need to be a self-starter and have a willingness and capacity to serve the public. Applicants should be looking to be part of a growing organization with the ability to learn and improve daily. Applicant will also provide exceptional customer service and be willing to go the extra mile for all storage customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Provide exceptional service to our customers over the phone as well as to walk-in customers, being comfortable interacting with the public.
  • Focus on increasing occupancy.
  • Advise and direct customers to the correct size of storage unit.
  • Conveys the features and benefits of our storage facility to the customer.
  • Executes all documents associated with leasing.
  • Collects and posts rent and deposit payments.
  • Performs collection calls as necessary.
  • Process monthly bank deposits with integrity.
  • Maintains office files and orders office supplies.
  • Keep the facility up to the highest cleaning standards (i.e., cleaning storage units, sweeping, mopping, clean bathroom, high touch areas and pick up trash).
  • Performs local marketing analysis.
  • Maintain relationships with fellow storage facility owners.
  • Prepare auction units according to procedure and lien laws as needed.
  • Monitor the physical condition of the property and report any maintenance issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (Self Storage a plus).
  • Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) (IMAC a plus).
  • Proficient in math and phone skills.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High level of integrity, accountability and initiative.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screening.

This position pays an hourly rate that is negotiable.

Hours of operation – Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
