SBPS is seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist to engage students to meet their academic potential. The District is dedicated to excellence featuring a skilled staff, strong curriculum, modern facilities, 1:1 technology and a highly supportive community. SBPS offers high-quality professional development, as well as caring, trauma-informed school communities and a commitment to school safety and security. This is a part-time position, but will consider full-time candidates as well.
Must possess Nebraska licensure as an Occupational Therapist, as well as other licensures or certifications as may be required by HHS and NDE. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of disorders that require the provision of occupational therapy services within a school setting. Also, this individual will be a team player who possesses excellent communication skills, thrives in an inclusive environment that values diversity, and has a passion for working with children and families.
