The Marketing Director, through the combination of marketing and creating strong relationships with case managers and discharge planners, is responsible for generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and move them through the admission process for the purpose of achieving monthly occupancy targets.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for increasing occupancy and achieving monthly goals
• Manage a lead and build sustainable relationships with our referral database and hospital discharge planners and case managers
• Be responsible for touring community and leading prospects through entire admission process by creating trust, building relationships, and overcoming obstacles
• Participate in community organizations and professional groups within our Community.

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (healthcare preferred)
• An Associate’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of discharge planning, long-term care and case management experience preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Be organized and diligent in following up with prospects
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Be mobile and able to perform the physical requirements of the job.
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must supply sufficient evidence of meeting qualifications to receive response

Estimated Salary: Dependent on experience

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
