Now hiring Heavy Equipment Painters in Boise, Idaho

· Full-time, 40 hours per week + Overtime is available

· Swing shift–Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 2:30 am

· Temp-to-hire

Duties:

· Operate spray machines to paint surfaces of custom semi-trailers

· Prepare semi-trailers for the removal of grease, dirt, paint, or rust from the vehicle's surface for the paint application by using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, and sandblasters

· Select paint according to the color charts to match the company’s requirements and specifications

· Mix paints to match the color specification of the trailer's original colors by using spatulas or power mixing equipment

· Pour the paint into spray guns, adjust the nozzle to a proper paint flow and coating thickness

· Spray prepared surfaces with specific amounts of primer and decorative or finishing coats

· Monitor the project for scratches, blisters, or streaks and correct their causes

· Dispose of hazardous waste materials in an appropriate manner

Requirements:

·Minimum of 6 months of painting experience

· Work well in a team environment

· Meet project expectations

· Follow all safety protocols

· Ability to lift to 50 lbs
