Full time with some weekends

Office Duties to include:

• -Communication with drivers

-Entering jobs into dispatch software-Using dispatch software to dispatch trips to vehicles-Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies-Answering phones-Booking appointments -Giving transport quotes -Using Quick books online to book private pay customers -Collecting credit card payments for private pay customers-Keep personal area clean and tidyRequirements:
- Must be able to multi task VERY WELL!
- Must be extremely detailed
- Microsoft word and excel proficient
- Flexible schedule, some weekends and holidays required
- Confidence in answering phones
- Able to work at a fast pace under pressure

Full time with some weekend days!
