Geminus Corporation partners with community-based health care providers, social service organizations and early childhood education programs to help increase access to high-quality social health care for children and families across Northern Indiana. Position Purpose:

The Lead Network Analyst will be responsible for all areas of the global infrastructure. This includes planning, designing, creating, deploying, implementing, and maintaining networks across the entire organization. The Lead Network Analyst will work to optimize all wireless, local, and wide area network connections, corporate servers, associated software and communication links. This position will troubleshoot network performance issues, perform network traffic analysis and provision capacity planning solutions. This position will manage all network switches, routers, and servers. The Lead Network Analyst will monitor the network with a focus on the security of underlying communications protocols and supporting network hardware and software. Will ensure a secured network that protects all aspects of the infrastructure and applications, i.e. OS updates, firmware updates, application updates, etc. Provide technical documentation and training to next level support. Provide leadership role in problem correction situations

Minimum Hiring Requirements

Academic: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field. Appropriate Certifications - Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Security+, GCIH, GSEC

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Schedule:

Business hours: M-F, 8am-4:30pm

May require some non-business days and hours that can be accomplished remotely.

Job Duties:

· Designs, specifies, and documents LANs, WANs, and wireless configurations according to user needs.

· Installs network (client and server) software on a variety of platforms (e.g. service packs, software updates, firmware, etc.) for the purpose of upgrading and maintaining WAN/LAN systems

· Monitor and analyze network performance across the organization's LANs, WANs, and wireless deployments. This includes traffic and utilization trends

· Develops standards for E-mail protocol within the company, maximizing professional business usage and minimizing trivia

· Resolves user and/or departmental problems

· A comprehensive knowledge in background services in a heterogeneous network. Areas are but not limited to :

  • Microsoft O/S
  • Terminal Services (Citrix)
  • Virtualization
  • SQL
  • IIS
  • Basic competency IBM – AIX
  • Cisco – IO
  • Basic competency Unix Daemons
  • ADS
  • DHCP/DNS

· Works closely with software and hardware vendors to monitor and maintain system usage and reliability

Pay Range: $69,618.61 - $90,504.19
