Job description

Seeking a licensed therapist who is committed to providing long-term mental healthcare for patients. The goal is to improve access to quality mental health services by offering video therapy sessions, medication management, and other supportive measures. If you are a skilled therapist with a passion for helping people and a desire to make a difference, we would love for you to join our team.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about improving access to quality mental healthcare, can provide outcome-focused care, and is skilled at building strong relationships with patients. You should feel comfortable working in a telemedicine environment, documenting notes, and navigating multiple systems. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and be able to iterate on processes to improve the patient experience.

To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed therapist in the US with a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a relevant field. It is a bonus if you hold licenses in multiple states. You should be an empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs quickly is also required. Most importantly, you must share our passion for improving access to high-quality care for anxiety and depression.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
