Corning Credit Union is seeking full-time Member Service Representatives to join our team in our Corning, NY market.

As a Member Service Representative, you will:

• Build member relationships through quality service experiences
• Perform various financial transactions
• Actively educate members on the products and services that best meet their financial needs
• Answer member questions in a knowledgeable, professional manner
• Perform cash handling and balance daily transactions

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence in promoting appropriate products and services
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Technical aptitude and experience with Microsoft programs
• Basic math skills
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work in any of our Chemung and Steuben County branches required
• A high school diploma or GED required
