Our Pain Management clinic is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized individual to join our rapidly growing healthcare team! We are a busy practice and we are in need of a motivated and hard working individual to assist us in providing top notch care for our patients.

Duties to include:

• Greeting and checking patients in
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Insurance verification
• Maintaining provider schedules
• Assist with other projects/tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year in a medical front office with insurance verification experience
• Experience with EClinicalWorks and Availity preferred, but not required
• Experience in navigating Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge is a must
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but NOT required
• Ability to occasionally travel to our Greenville, TX location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
