Do you have several years of experience in medical billing? Are you retired or looking for part time work with a purpose? We have an incredible opportunity to support a local non profit in a short term Medical Billing Trainer assignment in West Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate has a teacher, servant heart and is open to working a flexible part time schedule over a couple of weeks (20 hours per week estimating).

Description

• Teach and train medical billing knowledge to an internal employee.
• Work through occupational and speech therapy coding, submit claims, work through denials and navigate the employee through each step.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of medical billing and coding
• Teacher, servant heart
• Passion for non profit work
• Patient communicator

Benefits and Compensation

• $16/hr+ depending on experience
• Access to basic medical coverage

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• West Columbia, SC 29169: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
