Job Description Summary:

We are looking for an Medical Assistant, CMA, RMA, CCMA for our busy Lewis Center office who is a team player, experienced with childhood vaccines, and has a desire to work with pediatric patient families. Medical Assistant, CMA, RMA, CCMA is a part of the care team dedicated to quality care for our pediatric population and their families.

· Provides clinical support to health care professionals to ensure the delivery of

quality health care services.

· Serves as a clinical subject matter expect in the practice

· Greets patients, families and escorts them to exam room

· Accurately obtain medical information

· Work within a EHR system

· Obtains all lab tests as ordered-documenting results in the medical record

· Performs age-appropriate developmental screening

· Administers age-appropriate vaccines

Required Qualifications:

We aim to continue the high-quality work that we pride ourselves on and ask that anyone interested in this position have a High School Diploma or GED. PC knowledge and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication is recommended as well as a minimum of six months of experience in customer service or a healthcare environment.

· Additionally, we ask you to have the following:

· Ability to work in multiple systems for assigned tasks, management and reporting.

· Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.

· High level of customer service skills.

· Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a live environment.
