MDS Coordinator

Gold City Health and Rehab, a long term care facility located in Dahlonega, GA, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced RN or LPN to join our team as MDS Coordinator.
Minimum 1 year of experience in long term care is preferred and a current LPN or RN license is required.
Successful candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively with others and be detailed oriented. Candidate must be a self starter and work well both independently and as a team member.
