Job Description
Due to our rapid growth, we need you as a Marketing Specialist to support our regional team in Orlando (USA) with daily marketing deliverables, project coordination and execution.
  • You are a communicator, a thinker, a creative, and a persuader.
  • You have in-depth knowledge about online marketing and understand how to engage with an audience via effective email marketing
With your technical expertise, you will be able to set accents and give the brand an authentic voice.

This position is to be based in Orlando, USA.
Your mission
  • Work closely with other departments and the marketing team to oversee the rolling out of marketing activities, promotions and events, and/or any incoming projects/marketing
    requests.
  • Take the lead on all the ongoing marketing projects/tasks and follow up on all actionable items.
  • Support the Marketing team in carrying out various strategies and tasks and ensure that the quality of the deliverables is up to expectations.
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to obtain information/briefs and approvals.
  • Create and monitor various email marketing campaigns, ensuring text, design, and layouts are optimized, user and mobile-friendly.
  • Regularly compile, analyze, and report marketing data (website, newsletter, social media, regional promos and campaigns, project performance, etc.) and recommend improvement ideas.
  • Record all the marketing expenses and monitor the budget monthly and quarterly.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and branding principles.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
Your profile
  • At least 4+ years of solid experience in marketing, with a degree in business, advertising, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
  • Have a marketing mindset, good knowledge and awareness of our different markets, behavior and expectations.
  • A good eye for visual design with the ability to conceptualize and create eye-catching email marketing content.
  • Experience in using content creation tools such as but not limited to Adobe, Giphy, Canva, and Mailchimp.
  • Good writing, editing, and storytelling abilities to set the right tone across all platforms.
  • Fun, passionate, innovative, and highly creative.
  • Familiarity with international audience demographics would be a plus.
  • A profound curiosity for new and innovative ways of doing things.
  • Strong communication and coordinating skills.
  • Able to manage several projects simultaneously with challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
