Biscuitville is currently seeking a task-oriented individual with a service mindset to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Project Coordinator.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing Services and be responsible for project management, including coordinating and trafficking projects. You will track information across departments to guarantee the timely delivery of materials ensuring deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is organized, detailed-oriented, and thrives in a multi-tasking environment.


Key Job Functions

  • Project Management and Production Coordination
    • Responsible for supporting internal and external partners on Marketing projects, including onboarding projects in project management software and trafficking, and monitoring the production timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Restaurant Customer Service and Marketing Facilitator
    • Establish and maintain communication with all restaurants, providing support.
    • Responsible for presenting and cascading Marketing initiatives for Field Operations to Region Vice Presidents, Area Directors, and Operators.
    • Monitor BVL Marketing email requests submitted by stakeholders, communicate timely responses and fulfill and distribute field requests as well as other internal Marketing collateral.
  • Point of Purchase Materials Management.
    • Responsible for preparing a Google Doc detailing quarterly Point of Purchase kits needed for each promotion, including the logistics and distribution to all existing restaurants and planning for new unit growth.
    • Manage the communication, purchasing, and invoicing of POP kits with the vendor reporting status to the Director of Marketing Services through all stages. After POP installation, responsible for fulfilling any replacements to ensure POP is accurate and complete in the field.
  • Director of Marketing Services Support
    • Assist the DMS with the management of vendor invoices.
    • Archive Marketing Services folders and processes with supporting materials for reference.
    • Support DMS on special projects, including daily requests.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field preferred. (Additional three years of comparable work experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance, and action-oriented team environment.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of project management, customer service, trafficking, or agency experience preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Basecamp, Smartsheet, or other comparable project management software experience preferred.
  • Understanding of artwork production and print management preferred.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize while managing multiple tasks.
  • Capable to manage handwork and assembly of printed materials, meeting deadlines for distribution.
  • Graphic Artist skills are not required and are not a function of this position.
