THIS POSITION IS REMOTE MOST OF THE TIME. THE MARKETING MANAGER IS REQUIRED TO REPORT TO OUR EATONTOWN OFFICE WHEN NEEDED (SHORT NOCITE MAY BE GIVEN), AND IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL LOCAL MARKETING/PATIENT RECRUTIMENT EVENTS.

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager is responsible for various duties associated with supporting the business development and marketing departments at Clinilabs Drug Development Corporation, and its affiliates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The activities of the Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Design, development and manage corporate marketing collateral including print, online, digital, video, and more.
  • Register and coordinate all conference and trade show activity including exhibit design/preparation, giveaways and pre-show/post-show advertising.
  • Work with the business development team to create graphics, slide decks, case studies, etc. to aid in client relations and sales.
  • Coordinate and manage online events and promotions including e-newsletters and webinars
  • Maintain accurate client records for the purpose of ongoing marketing efforts
  • Identify, secure and promote speaking engagements
  • Assist in the development, tracking and maintenance of advertising plans including mailings, print advertisements, online advertisements, etc.
  • Manage vendors as required. Work to achieve optimal rates for services.
  • Manage company website updates and maintenance including identifying vendors to handle backend development support.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing inventory and order supplies as needed, including but not limited to office stationery, giveaways and trade show supplies.
  • Production of various management reports.
  • Establish community outreach and advocacy programs and initiatives that engage our local population in research participation.
  • Assist human resources with advertising placements and website updates to promote new hires to the company.
  • Work with HR to maintain our company Intranet.
  • Work with HR to develop programs and events that boost moral and support our employees.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of press releases.
  • Involvement in subject and patient recruitment activities as needed.
  • Manage and respond to review websites such as Yelp, Indeed, etc.
  • Various other marketing projects.

TRAVELING

Limited travel to headquarters in Eatontown, CRUs in New York City, and to conferences and community outreach events as needed.

Salary will depend on the candidate’s location. For New York City, annual salary range is $85k to $95k.

Requirements:

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

This position of Marketing Manager requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Exceptional attention to detail, communication and follow-up skills, ability to multitask, and professionalism are required. Ability to interface with management as well as clients is required. Experience working in a biotech, CRO or healthcare company is a must.

Computer skills including knowledge of Social Networking Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Salesforce CRM are preferred.
