Job Description

We seek a Marketing Coordinator who is a highly motivated, energetic, and creative individual with a passion for digital marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team and agencies on various national, local, and corporate initiatives. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are key to success in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage new owner/ franchise set-up.
  • Work with department’s vendors and agency partners regularly to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage all email marketing campaigns (Constant Contact).
  • Coordinate and oversee various marketing activities and assets, such as printed marketing material, digital advertising, social media assets, etc.
  • Manage PIRTEK’s branded print and merchandise store. Work with vendor on custom orders, item updates and manage internal order processes.
  • Work with franchise network to deliver local success in social media and projects.
  • Social Media Monitoring/Content Creation/Reviews/Approvals (Consumer, Franchise Development and PIRTEK Canada).
  • Support marketing leadership in organizing and executing various projects.
  • Plan and coordinate events.
  • Other projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge within Microsoft Office at an intermediate level (or greater).
  • Excellent knowledge of various online marketing applications such as Constant Contact.
  • Knowledge in Word Press is a plus.
  • Quick learner, with an ability to learn new software programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, switch between duties and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and creative.
  • Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other members in the team.

Job Type: Full-time
