CTM MARKETING - MARKETING AND SALES ASSISTANT Entry Level

*Note: This position is NOT remote.

Our company seeks candidates with an entrepreneurial mind-set who are looking to start with a company and grow into an leadership role with our team. We find individuals who have a drive, determination, and the ability to excel in problem solving situations.

On a daily basis our team handles marketing campaign strategy creation, brand building and awareness, customer acquisition, and account management.

Currently, we are hiring for full-time positions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-5 years of restaurant, retail, sales, or hospitality experience recommended
  • 2 or 4 year degree in Business, Marketing, Politics, Media, Communication, History, or English (preferred but not required)
  • 1-2 prior internships in Media, SEO, Business, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Relations (not required)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Career growth mindset
  • Willingness to train and develop others
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • College Degree preferred but not required
