We are # hiring
Manufacturing Technician – 2nd shift (2:00PM – 10:30PM Monday through Friday and will train on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks – 6:00AM -2:30PM)
- Lots of opportunities for overtime (not mandatory) $21.87/hour + $1.25/hour shift differential
Location: Exton, PA
What you’ll do
You will work in a highly regulated production/cleanroom environment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Start your career and continue to grow along with us using your keen sense of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with performing designated operations within their manufacturing department, noncontrolled and controlled environment areas in accordance with DSM Standard Operation Procedures and all safety requirements as assigned.
- Assure product quality through close attention to detail, inspection methods, and in-process testing as required.
- Use a microscope and inspect parts along with following SOPs – routers and visual standards to ensure compliance.
- Sort, package and prepare products for shipping.
- Provides suggestions on potential improvement opportunities in quality, product, processes and efficiency.

You bring
- HS diploma required.
- Targeting a self-auditing prospect with problem solving and decision -making skills.
- 0-2 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or GMP industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; self-starter and ability to work independently on projects as required.
- Understanding of cleanroom environments and protocols ; wearing the appropriate PPE gowning to include: -coveralls, beard cover, hairnet, shoe covers, face mask on floor is a plus.
- Comfortable with use of computers for training, email and entering time.
- Ability to operate various equipment and hand tools in assigned areas with limited supervision.
