Job description
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, repair, and executing preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Addressing equipment breakdowns
- Maintaining accurate records
- Following a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Cooperating with manufacturer’s representatives and technicians.
- Instructing other team members.
- Keeping work area neat and hygienic
Qualifications:
- High School or GED Diploma
- 5+ years' experience in industrial maintenance and repair.
- Requires advanced shop math, intricate drawings and formulas, variety of precision measuring instruments.
You should be knowledgeable in:
- Blueprint Reading
- Developing Preventive Maintenance Plans
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Pneumatics Experience
- Hydraulics Experience
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- Calipers and Micrometers
- Servo Motors
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
