The Business Development Manager, Leadership Academy, will prospect and win net-new sales inside healthcare delivery organizations. Success in this role is measured by revenue recognition achieved by prospecting and selling Huron|Studer Group’s Leadership Academy product offering. Huron|Studer Group partners include hospitals, regional systems, physician practices, long-term care, home health and end of life care organizations. The Business Development Manager, Leadership Academy will:
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all Leadership Academy products.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all Leadership Academy prospective organizations, their business needs, and their potential fit for Leadership Academy opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Huron’s Direct-to-Market selling team to execute sales process and maximize product cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities within SaleForce.com.
  • Create a monthly territory plan to maximize net new sales.
  • Collaborate with Huron and Studer Group subject matter experts to help prospective partners reach their stated goals and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA, BS) • Minimum of 5 years’ selling experience in healthcare • Extensive experience in the development and execution of the sales process to close the business deal through executive level contacts. • Experience selling consultative and/or technology products and services to hospitals and healthcare organizations.
