Wingate by Wyndham has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician to join our amazing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Effectively and professionally communicates with co-workers and supervisor.

2. Administer the preventative maintenance program as required, properly completing work orders on time.

3. Monitor indoor pool and spa requirements as set by the State of Illinois Public Health Department.

4. Respond quickly to guest requests in a professional manner. Reports all complaints or requests to appropriate department. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.

5. Upkeep and maintenance of landscaping and grounds.

6. Maintaining records of regulatory compliance and maintenance log.

7. General up keep and repair of pluming, HVAC, electric, and other equipment

8. Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

9. Follows all company and brand policies and procedures.

10. Other duties assigned by supervisor or management Physical

Requirements:

1. Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

2. Must be able to carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

3. Must be able to push or pull objects weight up to 50 pounds.

4. Must be able to stand, stoop or bend frequently throughout the day

5. Reaching and grasping with arms and hands, including reaching above shoulder level.

6. Working with equipment to perform procedures where carelessness could result in minor cutes, bruises or muscle pulls

7. Possible exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity TO

8. Must be able to work weekends.
