Responsibilities include:

• Meeting daily service needs at assigned sites / locations
• inspections, maintenance, repair work and corresponding paperwork
• Reviews all logs for open issues and reports to customers as necessary.
• Ensures that tools and equipment are properly maintained
• May participate in site surveys/ service activities
• Establishes and maintains a close relationship with community managers to support the needs of the residents.
• Have their own transportation to travel between sites during work hours as needed
• Ensure residential health, safety
• Other duties as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Drivers License and own Transportation (Required)
