Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks an EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician for a full-time position at Evergreen, a beautiful 393 unit apartment community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
To be considered, you should have PREVIOUS APARTMENT / RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
- Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry
- Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc) installation and repair
- Making ready units for new occupancy
- Maintaining units of current residents
- Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities
- A great customer service personality and work ethic
NOTE: Position requires reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. If candidates prefer to live on-site, a 20% employee discount is available or a $250 employee discount at a sister community. Living within 35 minutes of community is required.
