Duties:

The Maintenance Supervisor will be a Service Response Supervisor for Facilities Management that plans, organizes, schedules, assigns, and evaluates the work of contractors and suppliers. Assures the contractors and suppliers are meeting and exceeding the needs of facilities maintenance for manufacturing plants. Works with other management, plant maintenance management, and Facilities Management team members. The select candidate MUST RESIDE in the Fox Valley in Wisconsin servicing manufacturing plants in Appleton, Neenah, New London and Oshkosh.
The select candidate must provide their own transportation and WILL NOT be reimbursed for mileage and fuel. The select candidate must provide their own computer and safety gear consisting of, but not limited to hearing protection, safety glasses, no cut gloves, high visibility safety vest, steel toe shoes or boots, hard hat or bump cap. Estimated that 75% of the time will be on site at the manufacturing plants and 25% will be working remotely from their home. A regular schedule will be created to provide in person meetings at the manufacturing plants.

Requires at least 5 years of progressive, responsible experience in one or more of the skilled trades. Leadership skills and experience preferred. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Considerable knowledge of practices, methods, and techniques pertaining to building, grounds and facilities maintenance and repair. Must be well organized, computer literate with solid understanding of MS office software. Ability to communicate optimally, both orally and in writing. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Must understand the value of a work order system to support implementation of CMMS. Experience with CMMS systems and building management systems is a plus. Considerable knowledge of safety standards and precautions pertaining to building and facilities maintenance and repair and the use of power tools. Training in government safety regulations a plus where applicable. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, vendors, and plant management. Ability to lift 50 lb. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 lb.
