We are currently seeking candidates to fill the following positions in Yuba City, CA:

Full Time Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Our ideal Maintenance candidates must have:

· Intermediate to advanced knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry and key/lock replacements

· Ability to perform maintenance requests promptly and professionally

· Ability to provide top notch customer service

· Ability to troubleshoot appliances and make necessary repairs

· Ability to work after hours for on-call emergencies

· Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

· Supervise vendors and evaluate & preform turnover of vacant units.

· Participate in the competitive bid process for all property needs.

· Other duties as required by Community Director and Regional Manager.

· Ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks.

All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

· Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English

· Must have a valid driver’s license & insurance

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must be able to pass a background investigation

· Ability to remain calm & professional under all circumstances with vendors, residents & prospective residents
