Job description
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
Responsible for the operation, maintenance and repairs of the hospital equipment, heating systems, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Employment Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- One to five years experience in HVAC and hospital maintenance preferred.
- CFC refrigerant licensed
- Journeyman’s card in HVAC.
Essential Job Functions
Also responsible for sealed refrigeration systems, energy management system, minor plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs on patient and non-patient equipment. Ability to work on-call and additional shifts and weekends as needed or requested by Supervisor.
