• Providing maintenance coordination and oversight for the Part 135 Charter Fleet.
• Coordinate with DOM/Flight Ops/Maintenance Planner/Parts/MX Vendors/FBOs/Flight crews on maintenance events.
• Evaluate reported aircraft discrepancies and develop an appropriate recovery plan (AOG).
• Must be capable of conveying a high level of technical support to flight crews and MX vendors.
• Administer and control the use of Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and Configuration Deviation List (CDL) to ensure flight safety and regulatory compliance.
• Open and track work orders and record maintenance compliance in the appropriate tracking program.
• Monitor aircraft cycles and flying hours to ensure time-sensitive inspections, scheduled maintenance, or MEL/CDL expiration times do not lapse.
• Review aircraft work packages to ensure compliance with all applicable FARs and General Maintenance Manual procedures
• Responsible for releasing aircraft for RTS in accordance w/ company and FAA guidelines.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to perform maintenance (Clear MELs or preventative MX) when operational schedules permit.
• Coordinate administrative processes for aircraft ferry permit authorization.
• Determine and supply required manuals and tasks for aircraft repair to vendors.

• Previous Maintenance Control experience preferred.
• Previous Part 135 maintenance control experience with Gulfstream, Hawker, Global required.
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Ability to pass DOT background check.
• Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

• Contract/Variable/On-Call: Day shift is 8:00am to 4:30pm M-F. Night shift is from 2:30pm to 11:00pm.
• Availability to travel and work during nights, weekends, & holidays as needed.

• Ability to learn new systems and programs (Corridor, CAMP, Jet Insight, Maintenance Manuals)
• Experience utilizing aviation software preferred but not required
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task, collect and organize data, define problems, and provide required reporting in a timely manner
• Ability to work effectively with a sense of urgency
• Ability to utilize the resources provided to assist with problem solving
• Must be self-motivated and driven
• Must be able to work efficiently with little direction and supervision
• Must be flexible to the schedule changes the job may demand
• Speak/read/write English fluently
• Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Operate a telephone requiring oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication. The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and vendors and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Some Physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or 10 pounds frequently. Ability to move from department and buildings to interact with others. Able to hear clearly verbal communications in person, on the telephone
