Centre Avenue Health & Rehab, located at 815 Centre Ave, Ft. Collins, is hiring a quality LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse who plays an important role in the recovery and well-being of our post-acute and elderly patients and residents.

Sign on Bonus available! Full-time $3000 and Part-time $1500 (must work 24+hours per week to be eligible)

Work Schedule
- Full-time, Part-time, or PRN
- Day, evening, and overnights
- Every other weekend required
- 8 hr. and 12 hr. shifts available
QUALIFICATIONS
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current CPR Certification
- New Grad LPN's Welcome as well as any licensed nurse within a hospital, long-term care or any other related healthcare facility
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
