Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Preferred is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Bala Cynwyd office. This office services pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in Philadelphia, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.

Requirements for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

· Valid PA LPN License or Valid PA RN License

· Physical within one year

· 2 Step PPD or Chest X-Ray

· Valid CPR Certification

· Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

· Providing one-to-one care in the home

· Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a registered nurse

· Following the plan of care

· Following all clinical and office policies
