Hines Supply, a Division of USLBM Is Seeking a Logistics Coordinator for Our Kirkland, IL Location.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM

Wage: $20.00 - $23.00 Per Hour Depending On Experience

How you will spend your day as a Logistics Coordinator:

• Experience. Supervising a logistics or shipping team with fleet responsibilities preferred.
• Skills. Basic computer knowledge and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Weekly creation of routes.
• Answering driver phone calls and put out fires - tows, truck repairs, driver issues etc.
• Route as efficiently as possible utilizing as little fuel and man hours as possible.
• Review orders to resolve issues with delivery dates and scheduling.
• Assist with dispatcher backups as needed.
• Maintain delivery tickets and manifests based on date changes.
• Communicate damaged materials to sales.
