We seek a Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Clinical Social Worker to address the psycho-social needs of residents by promoting independence, self-determination, and encouragement for an excellent quality of life experience consistent with the Kendal-Crosslands Communities’ philosophy.
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required. Candidate can be eligible for licensing. Experience in a geriatric setting is a plus. Additional focus will be training and openness to integrate the Montessori approach for engagement and purposeful meaning for older adults.
