Licensed Social Worker Assignment Details and Requirements
- 8-hr Days; Mon-Fri; 40-hrs per week
- 4 week contract w/ possibility for extension
- 2+ years of recent Licensed Social Worker
- Current NY License in Social Work required
- Must provide Covid card and proof of vaccination
- Looking for candidates open to immediate start
- Cigna Care EMR experience a huge plus
- MDS Experience required
