Qualifications for LPN:
Current unencumbered State of Massachusetts LPN license-
Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families and Staff -
Critical thinking skills
The ability to handle different situations with tact
Responsibilities for LPN:
Supervision of CNA staff on assigned unit
The delivery of care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
