We are Golden Rose Wellness and Medical Spa located in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with IV Certification to provide a full range of nursing care to patients in our medicalspa.

The right candidate will have experience working in a clinic environment, be able to work quickly and accurately, and able to complete tasks despite any unforeseen circumstances.

Medspa Hours:

Open the first Sunday of each month per appointment only (you are not require to work this day).

Close on Mondays.

Tuesday 10am to 5pm

Thursday 10am to 5pm

Saturdays 9am to 5pm (this can be extended to 6pm possibly).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all organization policies and procedures are followed.
• Keep patient record current.
• Perform administration duties as assigned by the supervising nurse or physician.
• Assist nursing or medical staff members by maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Opens and Closes Facility
• Preps treatment rooms
• Completes patient prep sheets prior to the start of each day.
• Rooms patients
• Assists with patient paperwork and clearances
• Performs blood draws and applies topical numbing
• Administer IV Hydration therapy per clinic protocols
• Reviews pre and post treatment care instructions with patients
• Educates patients about products and services
• Cleans and sanitizes treatment rooms and equipment
• Stocks supplies and helps manage and count inventory
• Responsible for laundry and management of linens
• Ensures all equipment is properly maintained and operational
• Continuously updates job and subject matter knowledge
• Maintains patient information per HIPAA and legal patient privacy practices
• Follows Company standards and protocols and complies with all federal and state legal regulations.

Experience: • Vital signs (Preferred) • EMR systems (Preferred) , medical spa, dermatology office, wellness center, IV center.

License/Certification: • BLS Certification (Preferred) • Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred), License Practical Nurse. IV certification

What will I do in this role?

-Customer greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining the customers health goals, what their intended outcomes are and education on our therapies/services/benefits.

-Therapy administration. While maintaining compliance with internal protocols and 797 requirements: Compounding IV bags, mixing and measuring injectables, and administering to customers. Periodic checking on customers for comfort and conclusion of their service. Removal and clean up IV’s therapies.

-Customer experience. Our desire is for our customers to add us into their healthy lifestyle habits. Over the last several years we have seen a transition to preventive healthcare. We want to be a major part of this shift for our community.

-Leadership. Regardless of your job title, we expect leadership and emotional intelligence on our team. Our mission is to cultivate the very BEST IV therapy spa in St. Augustine and the very BEST place to work for our team members.

-Administrative. Cleaning of spa, organizing, restocking, inventory and ordering of supplies. Our lead nurse will assume these responsibilities but can delegate and assist with the owners as necessary.
