Our Commercial Insurance Account Manager is a hybrid position that is responsible for servicing our existing business insurance customers, as well as supporting the Producer in growing the agencies commercial book of business. This position will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, including endorsements, billing, etc. Duties include working with the Producer to design proper insurance/risk management services and proposals for potential new clients. The Account Manager must have product knowledge and be familiar with products offered by our carriers. The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing accounts to include renewal quotes and required applications. Account manager is expected to cross sell additional lines of business when possible. CIC designation is a plus.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Answer client's questions regarding payments and notices
- Process endorsements for clients
- Manage a diverse book of house accounts
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
- Support designated sales staff
- Follow up and see tasks through to completion
- Work and process renewal policies
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License.
- Minimum two years commercial insurance experience.
- Ability to communicate well both written and oral
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
