Lecturer to teach essential law 1-4 credit hour courses and seminars for fall and spring semesters. Holds regular office hours, submits grading information, regularly communicates with students, and administers exams. May participate in curriculum development and course coordination. Courses include but not limited to: Transaction Practice LL.M., Banking Law, Researching Client Matters, Law and Religion, Federal Courts, Professional Responsibility, Negotiation & Mediation, Advanced Legal Research: Business & Tax Legal Research, Lost In Translation, Corporate Finance, Regulatory Compliance, Real Estate Development, Property Law, Introduction to Criminal Practice, White Collar Crime, Patient Client Care, Negotiation & Mediation, Business of Law, Legal Negotiation Trial Practice, Patent Prosecution, Resolving Community Civil Rights Disputes, Land Use Law, Human Rights, Mideast Conflict, Oil & Gas Law, Litigation & the Judicial Process, Venture Capital, Leadership for Lawyers, Forensic Mental Health Law, State Constitution, Trial Practice, Black Lives Matter: Law & Culture, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Finance, Commercial Paper, Sales, Non-Profit Law, Wills, Trusts & Estates, Civil Procedure II, Advanced Legal Research: Litigation & ADR.

A JD is required. Candidates should have relevant occupational experience and strong potential in all relevant areas of performance, including classroom teaching, feedback on student work, public service, and maintaining knowledge in the field.
