Job description
Cowboy Properties is looking for a capable Leasing Agent to present and lease units to prospective lessors at our property, Liberty Blvd. The goal is scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.
Schedule:
4 days during the week 9am-6pm plus Saturdays 10am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Present units and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
- Assisting in getting required paperwork from prospective tenants
- Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect tenants
- Confirm rental application data and personal references
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
- Maintaining organized and updated resident files and records
- Addressing and resolving residents’ questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
- Preparing and scheduling property viewings, conducting property tours and interviewing prospective tenants.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as leasing agent
- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Up to date with property market status
- MS Office familiarity
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
- Customer service orientation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
