Fraser is seeking a Learn Talk Play Teacher for our Pediatric Therapy Team! You will work alongside an Occupational Therapist and Speech Language Pathologist to help children with diverse needs grow their group skills in a social thinking group. Fraser is looking for someone that is driven, caring and compassionate to join our team in this role. Fraser is an outpatient pediatric clinic working with children from infancy through childhood and we tailor our services based on the strengths and challenges of each child.

Responsibilities:

• Teach and support of all children in the LTP group. Collaboratively plan and implement a program to meet social communication, emotional regulation, and transactional support needs of all children.
• Provide ongoing written and verbal communication with families about their child's development and success in the group.
• Collaborate with speech therapist and occupational therapist to plan and develop group themes and activities.

Available Locations & Schedules:

• Fraser Bloomington
• Mondays and Wednesdays 3pm-6pm
• Part-time

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to achieve and maintain status of “may provide direct contact for this agency” upon completion of criminal background studies.
• Experience in early childhood, or with children with diverse needs, preferred.
• Fluency in the English language, including verbal and written communication with both internal and external contacts required.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.
