Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and placing field staff on temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire positions.
Snelling Staffing is a full service staffing company specializing in staffing for manufacturing, logistics, administrative, accounting and industrial environments.
Strong skills using recruiting platforms and three to five years experience in the staffing industry are important for a faster start to your career with Snelling.
A sales or business development background is important to success in this position as well.
