Director of Interiors & Chief of Staff / Estate Manager
OVERVIEW OF RINC MANAGEMENT
A Prominent family in the New Jersey/New York Area is looking for a Laundress experienced in a domestic environment or a luxury hotel.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Cleaning and pressing of fine clothing and other fabrics
- Laundering, Ironing, and folding of clothing, bedding, table linens, and other fabrics
- Starching and mending of clothing and other fabrics
- Stain removal from fabrics
- Provide timely and accurate delivery of finished laundry
- Ensure proper handling and care of all laundry items
- Keep accurate records of items sent to dry cleaning
- Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years experience doing similar work
- Willingness to work at all of the family’s properties including NYC/NJ/Hamptons
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- Committed, mature, and hard-working
- Takes direction well, ability to adapt to different situations and relationships, and fast learner
- Independent and team worker
- Valid Driver’s License
- Comfortable working in a home that includes children and pets
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Live out and flexible to be in the Hamptons in the summer and live in staff housing
