General Labor
Industrial Rubber Applicators and Irathane Systems are divisions of Iracore International located in Hibbing, MN. Our manufacturing operations provide rubber lined and cast urethane parts into mining and construction industries.

The General Labor position is in a safe manufacturing setting although some industrial hazards exist. The candidate is required to follow the health and safety rules while following instructions to perform work at a pipe lining station while maintaining a clean work area. Specific training for safe use of chemicals used in the workplace, the proper tool use and the operation of forklifts, crane operation and other equipment specific to the position provided. The position requires good attendance and the capability to work within as industrial setting while following work instruction and directions from supervision. Candidates must be able to safely operate both hand and stationary tools while maintaining compliance to our ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

The required skills are as follows: Follow instructions from leadership. Operate equipment and hand tools. Operate stationary shop equipment. Operate forklifts and cranes/hoists. Ability to work a schedule including days or afternoons. Demonstrate a record of good attendance.

Must pass the Physical/Drug/Background Screen if an offer of employment is made. Hair sample is taken for Drug Screen.
