Title: RN Labor and Delivery
Contract duration: 13 weeks (Possibilities of extension)
Location: Auburn, NY
Shift: Night Shift, 12hrs
Pay rate: $1965.6/- week (on W2 basis - Negotiable on call)
The opening of RN Labor and Delivery in Auburn, NY has the Night shift availability. The job requires RN License for NY state, BLS certified from AHA, ACLS certified from AHA, PALS certified from AHA and Co-vid Vaccination Card. Recent 2+ year of experience are required as RN L&D.
Responsibilities for this job are:
- Meeting with expectant mothers for prenatal visits and providing care for normal and problematic pregnancies.
- Teaching childbirth preparation classes.
- Providing information, guidance, and hands-on clinical care to pregnant women.
- Monitoring fetal heartbeat and length and strength of contractions during labor.
- Coaching women, assisting with any complications and administering medications during birth.
- Performing tests on newborns after birth.
