he new soon-to-open SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront Hotel is now accepting resumes/applications for the position of Kitchen Supervisor. This beautiful custom built hotel will feature 156 suites and an oceanfront restaurant/bar.
Hourly Pay - Starting at $22.00
JOB SUMMARY: The Kitchen Supervsior will plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Direction, train and monitor performance of Kitchen Staff. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The position would report directly to the hotel's Director of Food & Beverage. Excellent benefits package offered.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 2-Year Culinary Degree is highly preferred. A minimum of four years of experience in a culinary position required; hotel experience preferred and a la carte experience a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Weekend, night, holiday and flexible schedule required.
