Junior Trust & Estates Associate

Sideman & Bancroft LLP has an immediate opening for a full time Trust &
Estates Associate.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration law.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

Details

• Associate will work with several of the firm’s estate planning partners.
• Primary areas of practice include estate and tax planning for high net worth individuals and families, estate administration, income and transfer tax planning, and charitable planning, with exposure to S corporations, LLCs and business succession planning.
• The firm supports business development and the associate’s path to partnership. The focus is on building a future partner for the firm with full support for the associate to develop his or her own client base.
• Position requires superior communication, drafting and research skills, with the ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Associate will be encouraged to develop and maintain a high level of professional expertise and visibility, including writing journal articles and speaking at legal symposia and other events.

* Compensation Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

* Proof of vaccination required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
