The Junior Front-End Developer will sit within the Digital and Data department within CSM. Our key focus as a department is to combine digital and data with the passion of sport and entertainment to deliver performance marketing solutions that enhance the fan experience. We are a team of passionate, creative, and innovative experts from all around the globe who are revolutionising the digital sponsorship industry.

We are looking for you!

We are looking for a highly passionate Junior Front-End Developer to join our Product and Development team, someone experienced in React and NextJS with the willingness to participate in multiple projects and support across our proprietary technology and systems.

What You’ll Do:
Reporting to Full Stack Developer to develop Front-End (such as React, Redux, NextJS) components from a reusable perspective
Deliver high-quality software on a continuous basis using all tools aligned with CI/CD such as AWS
Work in high-performance projects for Global clients
Get familiar with unit, integration, and E2E test
Be part of an agile team and collaborate with all your team members
Determining the structure and design of web pages
Ensuring user experience determines design choices
Developing features to enhance the user experience
Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design
Ensuring web design is optimised for smartphones
Building reusable code for future use
Optimising web pages for maximum speed and scalability

Experience and Skills:
You may be a good fit if you...

Have good knowledge of React, NextJS and Docker
Enjoy working closely with the entire team to ensure that the site accomplishes the highest
Standards of quality
Follow Agile/Scrum principles
Experience with applications such as Adobe XD
Experience with responsive and adaptive design
Understanding of SEO principles
At least +1 years’ experience in a similar role
