We're an E-commerce company located in the heart of Beverly Hills with a focus on natural health products. We have three immediate full-time openings. We are looking for smart computer/internet savvy people that like a fast-paced environment.

Experience in e-commerce is not required. You just need to be a quick, alert, hard-working, self-starter who wants to learn and make money. This position does not require talking to customers on the phone.

Responsibilities include:

* Assisting with Advertising
* Processing customer returns & returned marketing letters
* Processing customer shipments & correcting addresses using multiple tools and online research
* Lists management & data hygiene
* Responding to customer emails & text messages
* Reviewing suspicious orders and rejecting fraudulent ones
* Monitor & restock office supplies & printers
* Monitor social media & hide negative comments
* Making order modifications based on customer messages
* Amazon & Ebay inventory monitoring
* Responding to chargebacks and chargeback alerts
* Light filling, misc data entry, general office work, & occasional transcription

Software used: Shipstation, Amazon SellerCentral, eBay Seller Tools, Kount Fraud Prevention, Authorize.net, Zendesk, Five9, MS Office & Gsuite, Shopify & Other Shopping Carts, Data Quality Tools, Slack, & More!

You will also have the opportunity to help with and learn: SEO, Website & Blog Administration, Call Center Administration, Data Analysis & Report Compilation, Online & Offline Advertising, Supply Chain Management, & More!

Fast typing, Fast Execution, Excel/Sheets skills, Shipstation & Address Correction skills, and being a quick learner on a computer are huge pluses. There is always more work to be done so self-starters and go-getters will excel here.
