I.T. Technician

Berwyn, PA multi-state law firm seeks a full-time, experienced PC and Server Support Specialist/I.T. Technician in our Berwyn, Pennsylvania office. Position requires providing support to the PA office, as well as remotely assisting the IT department helpdesk in performing other tasks firmwide.

I.T. Technician Responsibilities:

Providing on-site, remote, and telephone technical support as needed to attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Self-motivated, detail oriented, and comfortable working directly with end users

I.T. Technician Recommended Qualifications:

Microsoft technical certifications: MCP or higher

Undergraduate degree in computer science or related discipline a plus.

Law firm experience a plus

Familiarity with Apple Hardware and MacOS

A+ certifications
