IT Supervisor

Years of Experience: 3+ years

Overview:

PC Technician provides direct and indirect site support by integrating, maintaining and repairing all nodes. This includes PCs, instrument workstations, audio/video (AV) components, emergency notification systems (ENS), telecom and data communication devices and infrastructure, signal amplifiers, access points (AP), and any other items as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Installation, maintenance, and repair of all PC hardware & peripherals

· Installation, maintenance, and repair of all Printer hardware & peripherals.

· Installation, maintenance, and repair of analog, digital, and VoIP systems.

· Installation and maintenance of structured cabling.

· Installation, maintenance, and repair of AV equipment.

· Installation and maintenance of AV cabling.

· Software installation and maintenance.

· Operate within departmental standards and protocols.

· Employ professional interdepartmental communication.

· Accommodate clients within departmental parameters.

· Comply with Safety policies and procedures.

· Convey a courteous disposition and upstanding customer service.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· One to twenty four months experience as a PC technician or related field OR

· One to twenty four months experience, demonstrated aptitude, skills, and duties while working in ISC Department

· Troubleshooting or problem solving skills

· Proper use of hand tools

· High School Diploma or Equivalent.

· Candidate must be organized and effective in time management

· Effective customer service and interpersonal skills

· Ability to carry and maneuver tools, material, equipment and/or ladder

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
