The Autograph Inventory Associate supports a number of different inventory and fulfillment activities, including autograph inventory management. A passion for sports and interest in growing within the Topps organization is exactly what we are looking for!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management
• Create Sticker & Sign-On assessment sheet based on material requirements
• Transact inventory movement per subject in Oracle
• Update material requirement documents as needed
• Create and maintain Needs Lists and report to Brand and Licensing team
• Ship products to vendors in accordance with Vendor Schedules
• Consume all products in Oracle once they have been shipped
• Maintain accurate information in Assessment /product Management schedule
• Perform midyear and year end physical count of Autograph stickers
• Work with Licensing to provide shortage or redemption rates

• Purchase Orders
• Perform Purchase Order receipts for Autograph’s
• Work closely with Licensing team to ensure accuracy of POs
• Update Cards-In report when Purchase Orders are received
• Move receipts to shelf upon completing PO receipts

Experience & Skills Needed:

• Knowledge of ERP system is preferable
• Strong Working knowledge in MS office (Excel, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability
• Bachelor’s degree is preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
